Dickinson alumni and families are invited to join President John E. Jones ’77, P’11, and Amy McKiernan, associate professor of philosophy and director of the Ethics Across Campus & the Curriculum initiative, for a special Dickinson event.
Dickinson in London
Wednesday, April 22, 2026
6–9 p.m.
Royal Automobile Club
89 Pall Mall, St. James’
London SW1Y 5HS
Join fellow Dickinson alumni for an evening of conversation, reflection and reconnection as we explore how the Ethics Across Campus & the Curriculum initiative is shaping the next generation of Dickinsonians.
Today’s graduates step into a world marked by intense political polarization in the United States and heightened scrutiny from global observers. In this environment, the ability to think ethically, listen actively and engage across differences is essential.
During this special alumni event, we’ll highlight how Dickinson is preparing students to navigate moral dilemmas, challenge assumptions and build civic responsibility. Guests will have the opportunity to tackle these challenges through brief small-group discussions while enjoying a night of fellowship and camaraderie with our community of Dickinson alumni and families in London.
Together, we’ll celebrate how Dickinson’s commitment to ethics prepares students to meet the world with clarity and purpose.
Drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be provided.
Hosted by George Reynolds; Jennifer Ward Reynolds '77, board chair emerita; Karen Kalaris '77, P'11; and Tom Kalaris '76, P'11.
Please register by Tuesday, April 14. Contact the Office of Alumni Engagement at alumni@dickinson.edu with questions.

London Giving Campaign
Faith '90 and Chris Whitman have set an inspiring goal: To help us reach 50 donors to the London Giving Campaign by April 22, the day of the Dickinson London event. When we hit this milestone, Faith and Chris will unlock an incredible $10,000 gift to Dickinson.
Your generosity fuels life-changing experiences for today’s students, opening doors to opportunities that shape leaders, innovators and global citizens. Together, we can show the power of the Dickinson London community!
