40th Anniversary of the Dickinson-in-Spain program in Málaga
You’re invited to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Dickinson-in-Spain program with Dickinson alumni, faculty, staff and friends. This celebration offers a unique opportunity for reconnecting, reminiscing, networking and engaging in meaningful conversations about the importance of international experiences for our students, faculty and staff.
During the past 40 years, a robust network of Dickinsonians has participated in the Dickinson-in-Spain program, developing a unique intercultural skill set through immersion and local engagement. Dickinson has also developed strong partnerships and exchanges with the Universidad de Málaga and its Centro Internacional de Español. Students and scholars from those institutions have studied, researched or taught in Carlisle as exchange students, Spanish-department assistants and visiting faculty members.
We invite you to join us as we celebrate 40 years of Dickinson in Málaga with Provost and Dean Renée Cramer, former program director Grace Jarvis and alumni from Dickinson and the University of Málaga. We'll be joined by homestay hosts, current Dickinson-in-Spain students, our Málaga partners and local university representatives.
